The downturn in our economy has forced businesses, organizations and people to postpone purchasing new technology and making do with their existing platform. Technology is expensive. The costs associated with a planned implementations exceed the initial IT costs; costs associated with integration, training and facility expansion more than double initial cost estimates.
My approach is to learn how an organization is influenced by their existing infrastructure and distinguish the capabilities and services that business teams need to sustain their current operations as well as grow.
